I believe I will do best at tasting if I can continue to compare side by side. While I enjoy beer and I buy beer frequently it is unlikely that I want to buy a 6 pack of each style regularly. I was thinking of doing a side by side at home 2-times before mid-February for several styles.
I wondered if it is a reasonable idea for 2-3 members to simply share beer.
e.g. If I bought one 6-pack while 2 other guys each bought a 6-pack of a different but similar style (example: maibock, traditional bock, & doppelbock) we could each take 2 bottles of from each with an investment in only one six pack per person.
By the way I find beer in Bloomington to often be less expensive than Indy so those Ryan and I find when here we might even save some money on. (Last night I bought Val Dieu -- one of my favorite Belgian's -- at $6 per 750 ml.)
A thought
